It is with a heavy heart that I come to the realisation that Kat has got a little bit fat. So as part of my new years resolutions/ plan to weigh less than my mother I have emabarked on the Dukan diet. This comprises of me eating nothing but my favourite food, meat for five days of attack. Followed by 2.5 months of alternate pure protein (meat) protein/ veg (meat and two veg).
In the last days I have lost 4 lbs on the meaty diet, which I am loving. I have now moved into the cruise phase which means I can add some spinach to my meat diet, but my weight loss will enevitably slow down to 2 lbs a week. All the diet talk is slightly dull and is driving my close friends nuts hopefully all this weird picky eating will pay off.
